The method behind our $15,000+ builds, applied to your business.

  • Your reader. The one person your book has to reach, so it draws clients at the right level.
  • Your title. Five to seven title and subtitle combinations, so the cover does the selling before anyone opens the book.
  • Your outline. Chapter by chapter, so you sit down knowing what goes where.
  • Your funnel. From front-end book to backend offer, with bumps and upsells sequenced so every reader is worth more to you.
  • Your traffic. The ad approach, the monthly budget and the numbers to expect, so you know the cost before you spend.
  • Your path to clients. How a reader becomes a buyer, and a buyer becomes a client who arrives already sold.
  • A 45-minute call. We walk through it together, so you finish knowing what to do first.
“After the call, I had a roadmap.”

After the call, I had a roadmap

I had hoped that a book funnel would work for me, but I didn’t see a clear path to success. After the call, I had a roadmap. Gary bridged the gap between “Boy, I hope this will work for me” and “I now clearly see how this will build my business.”

Excellent from start to finish

I have especially appreciated his ability to explain the strategy behind the process and provide thoughtful recommendations along the way.

Laid out a strong strategy for my funnel

Gary listened carefully to my description of my business model, customers, offer and my experience with funnels and laid out a strong strategy for my funnel and even helped me figure out the best upsells and price points for my specific audience. Very valuable.

Who this is for.

What the book can’t do is look at your business: which of your ideas should become the book, who exactly it’s for, and what it leads to. Most people stall right there, sometimes for months. The plan answers those three things first.

  • You already work with clients and you have room for more.
  • You have a backend offer worth at least a few thousand dollars.
  • You have a track record of getting people results.
  • You have a method or a point of view that is genuinely your own.
  • You want a book that brings you clients, with book sales as the by-product.

What it can lead to

Everything you need to know about the plan.

What happens after I pay?

The page sends you straight to a survey of 16 questions about your business. Once you submit it, the clock starts. Your plan arrives in your inbox within 48 hours, and then we book your 45-minute call.

Will this attract the right level of client?

That’s what the reader section is for. The plan starts with the one person your book has to reach, then builds the title, outline and funnel around them, so the people who contact you are the ones you want.

How long does the survey take?

Most people complete it in 25 to 40 minutes. Some take longer. There is no time pressure on the survey itself.

What’s in the plan?

Your reader profile. Five to seven title and subtitle combinations. A chapter-by-chapter outline. Your funnel, with order bump and upsell strategy. Your traffic plan. Your path from reader to client. Numbers and benchmarks for what to expect at each stage, and an action list ranked by what to do first. Then a 45-minute call to walk through it.

What will the ads cost?

The traffic section gives you a monthly budget for your market and the numbers to expect at each stage, so you see the cost before you commit to anything.

Does this work in my industry?

We’ve worked with owners in 30+ industries. If your market is unusual, the survey asks about it, and the plan is written for it.

I don’t have time to do the work.

The plan itself takes about 40 minutes of your time for the survey, plus one call. The build after it takes 60 to 90 days of focused work, and the plan shows you which parts you can hand off. Your calendar is full because you’re holding the front of your business personally. A Tinybook funnel takes most of that off your plate, because the book does the first conversation for you.

I’m not technical enough to build this.

The plan is a document. You read it. When you’re ready to build, you have three options: build it yourself with the membership when it reopens, hand it to a freelancer as the brief, or have us build it for you when done-for-you spots open.

I’ve tried things like this before.

Most things fail because the offer was wrong, the audience was wrong, or the front end didn’t match the back end. The plan tells you which piece is missing in your case. Sometimes it’s one missing piece. Sometimes your offer is wrong and we start there.

Can you build it for me?

If a done-for-you build is a good fit, we’ll talk it through on the call. Development Plan buyers always get first refusal when those spots open.

What if it isn’t worth it?

It’s backed by a 30-day refund. If you don’t feel it was worth at least 10x what you paid, email and ask for it back. Either way, the plan is yours to keep.
